Cancellation Policy
At Chambers of Change, counselling, massage & therapeutic services, I understand that 'life' happens, that's why I offer a full refund if your scheduled appointment is cancelled with 24+ hours notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged, unless we can move the session to be online or reschedule within the same week (availability permitting).
