Whether you’re seeking support for yourself as an adult or as a parent, for a teenager or child, you’ll find a space here that is warm, collaborative, and centred on your wellbeing.

You Are The Expert

My own therapeutic journey taught me something important: the approaches that worked best were the ones that recognised me as the expert on my own life.

Being told what I “should” or “shouldn’t” do - based on someone else’s experience rather than my own - never sat comfortably. The methods that honoured my autonomy, my pace, and my lived reality were consistently the ones that helped me grow.

This doesn’t mean we’re expected to have all the answers. If we did, I wouldn’t have a job! What it does mean is that with the right support, space, relationship, and guidance, we can work together to find an approach that feels authentic to you and helps you move toward the outcomes you want.

I built Chambers of Change because I believe person‑centred therapy should mean exactly that - therapy centred around you.

I’m trained and experienced in a range of therapeutic approaches, and every session is tailored to your needs, your story, and your way of being in the world.

A space for adults seeking support with:

  • Trauma
  • Grief and loss
  • Anxiety or panic
  • Depression or low mood
  • Phobias
  • Relationship or attachment difficulties
  • Stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm

Sessions are collaborative, steady, and tailored to your pace and needs.

Creative, developmentally attuned sessions for children and teenagers who need support with emotions, behaviour, confidence, relationships, or life changes.

I use a child‑centred, playful, and trauma‑informed approach that helps young people express themselves safely and meaningfully.

Sessions can be seated, movement-based, face-to-face, or online.

A unique, creative, and deeply grounding therapeutic experience.

Storytelling is one of humanity’s oldest healing practices. Long before therapy existed, people made sense of their experiences through narrative, metaphor, imagination, and shared stories.

This service offers two pathways:

  • Collaborative Story Creation - where we co‑create stories (real, symbolic, or fantastical) to explore emotions, identity, and meaning
  • Guided Visualisation Sessions - calming, sensory, imaginative journeys that support grounding, regulation, and inner connection

This work is powerful for adults, children, and anyone who benefits from creativity, symbolism, and gentle emotional exploration.

A dedicated space for the adults who support young people -  parents, carers, teachers, social workers, youth workers, and anyone carrying the emotional weight of helping a child or teenager through difficulty.

This service is for you if you are:

  • Struggling with a child’s behaviour, emotions, or relationships
  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to help
  • Navigating family changes or stressful life events
  • Triggered by your own childhood experiences
  • Facing burnout, guilt, frustration, or emotional fatigue
  • Trying to understand your child better and respond with confidence
  • Battling the challenges of “the system” - education, social care, CAMHS, safeguarding, or multi‑agency processes

All sessions are confidential, grounded in trust, honesty, and respect.
