Online counselling works brilliantly for many people - especially if life is throwing busy schedules your way - or if leaving the house, new environments, or accessibility feels challenging.

Counselling for Adults
A supportive space for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, or struggling to make sense of what they’re carrying.
This space may be for you if you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, or simply finding life heavier than it should feel.
Sessions are collaborative, steady, and shaped around you - not a checklist - and due to popular demand, YES: adult sessions absolutely can involve creativity.
Therapy for Children & Young People
Creative, developmentally‑attuned therapy for children and teenagers who need support with emotions, behaviour, confidence, relationships, or change.
Sessions are child‑centred, trauma‑informed, and flexible - shaped around how each young person communicates best, whether through talking, creativity, movement, or play.
Available face‑to‑face and online.
All sessions are confidential, grounded in trust, honesty, and respect.
